| Minimum: 3 of each scent or by the case, 1st order minimum is $75.00. Additional orders will be a minimum of $50.00. 1st order is COD. Local only-2nd orders will be net 15. All internet orders will need to be paid in full before product ships. A monthly service charge of 18% on past due balances. A returned check charge of $35.00 will be applied to a returned check.

| Delivery Time: In order to offer the freshest products possible and allow for proper “cure” times with our candles, all orders require a minimum of 10 business days from the time the order was received. Holiday ship times will be longer. Please plan accordingly. Orders are filled in the order they are received. Rush orders are available for a $25.00 rush fee.

| Freight: Orders shipped FOB Mechanicsville, Va. We select the optimum delivery method. Local delivery is available from $5.00 to $10.00. Claims for damage incurred during transit must be made by the customer with Tender Touch Creations with in 24 hours of receipt of goods.

| Returns: We hope you never need to return our products. If you do a fair exchange or replacement will be offered. If you request that a refund be issued please provide the reason. Backorders: This won’t happen unless you require a rush order. If your items are not shipped they will be shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify the customer if it is out of stock.
No Label candles: There will be a charge of $45.00 per year if you choose not to have the candles come with a label.
